- Learn how to identify and forage native spring herbs.
- Discover their folklore, history & how they can support health and vitality.
- Learn how to make simple remedies to support your body with a spring cleanse to feel lighter, brighter and energised.
All workshop materials and herbal tea are included in the ticket price.
